250mm vacuum brazed full bullnose diamond profile wheel

This diamond profiling wheel is vacuum brazed type. It’s used for making full bullnose shape on the granite, marble and other stones. The diameter is 250mm and the arbour is 50/60mm. It can be easily used on the bridge saw.

Compared with segment type profiling wheel, this vacuum brazed one has a higher productivity but a shorter life. To keep a longer lifespan, we’d better use it to grind soft stones, like marble stone.

Vacuum brazed type is continuous type and it results in better grinding surface. So it usually use higher diamond grits for fin grinding and makes the preparation for the next step of polishing.
