Product Description
This sandwich-type diamond segment is designed to be used on a 1000mm diamond saw blade, for cutting marble, limestone, and other natural soft stones. The size is 24*8*10mm and one 1000mm marble diamond saw blade can use 70 pieces segment. Sandwich diamond segment is usually used for cutting marble, compared with the multi-layers diamond segment, it has a longer lifespan.
Sandwich diamond segment has 3 layers, and each layer has diamond particles. The concentration of diamond particles on the outsides is higher than the middle layer. We Sunny Tools has developed different excellent diamond segment formulas for sandwich diamond segments, and we can adjust the diamond segment formulas for your specific requirements.
