Among the PCD coating removal tools, there are 2 common types: one is PCD + segment, one is PCD only. They are used for different purposes. The diamond tooling with PCD only is used for removing coatings. While the PCD + Segment type can do the thin coating removal and the coarse grinding at the same time. The steel body of the HTC concrete grinding plate is too thin for welding the PCD, so we add a piece of square steel to hold the PCD and segment.

This P22 HTC concrete grinding plate comes in 2 different sizes of PCD and 1 diamond segment bar. They are layout reasonable on the plate. The segment level is a little lower than the PCDs. Thus it can works smoothly when doing the coating removal jobs.

Note: The PCD coating removal tool is directional specific and you should check the rotation direction of the grinder heads.
