Diamond Wire Saw for Marble Quarrying

For marble quarrying, we suggest that using Rubber+Spring.

Because marble have more stronger abrasive than granite, cutting time is longer, then the spring will protect the beads.

Let us introduce more details about our wire saw:

-1. Wire rope is from Germany,we use copper plated wire rope for rubber injection.

Because the copper and rubber will react chemically and connect each other better together.

-2. We use flat spring,which has a higher compression resistance, the diameter is almost the same as the diameter of the wire rope, which have better connected.

The flat spring has been inserted into the beads a little bit, just stuck on the mouth, so that the beads are better connected together, will be not easily broken when working.

-3. After injection processing,we will test wire by ourselves. Cut the rubber firsly, if the rubber is easily broken completely or you will see the rubber -plated wire rope quickly, then this injection processing is fail. 

But our rubber injection processing is very good.

-4.Diameter is 11.0/11.5mm.(This size is popular for stone quarrying)
